I started my fitness journey 20 years ago.
Back then, I was extremely heavy and I wasn't super fit.
So, I made two goals.
First, I decided to strength training three times every week. I knew being strong would help me feel better and be healthy.
My second goal was to keep doing it every week for a whole year without stopping. I knew that consistency was the key to making a major change in my health.
Now, after 20 years, I’m still at it.
Strength training not only made my body stronger but also been the gateway to improvements in other areas of my life. I’m more productive now than I have ever been. I have more energy then most of my peers. And my mood is consistently good.
Has it always easy?
Not a chance.
And guess what?
The journey is still going. It's an ongoing process that will never end.
